So, think pink gin & tonic’s, rose wine, strawberry daiquiris and pink spritz.
Now we know that we love a good day drink on a Bank Holiday so this time around we’ll be doing 3 sittings early afternoon to evening, so there’s something for everyone! We’ll also be tailoring the menus to the time of day, ranging from an easy-going low strength spritzer to a full flavoured modern classic like a cosmopolitan.
